Umm.....I have never even considered making real trash look this good. Justin Gignac is a genius and pretty much proves good packaging design can sell any product. I think he needs to start selling prints of these cubes because they are all so unique and one of a kind! He also runs WANTS FOR SALE and NEEDS FOR SALE with his wife Christine Gignac. This duo is one to keep an eye on....everything they do is so "outside the box".

Artist Relish: Lisa Congdon and Mati Rose McDonough

This summer Lisa Congdon and Mati Rose McDonough offered a 5-week online painting course called Get Your Paint On! I love the bright colors and whimsical details put into each piece. The first image is a collaborative painting between Lisa and Mati while the next two are by Mati and the last four are by Lisa. I love how they are such close friends and created the online painting class! I missed out on this one but hope they do it again!

Artist Relish: Tove Adman

Can I just say I am falling more in love with the rough elegance this artist has created. I predict concrete decor as the new upcoming trend over the next few years. It seems to always take a while for something to become mainstream but for now I am just enjoying all the creative pieces Tove Adman made.

Sharon Montrose

Sharon Montrose has captured my heart with these amazing portraits of animals. I have a major weakness for giraffes (i even looked into owning one! 90,000 for a female and 30,000 for a male!). You should really check out her Etsy shop and her website. There is also this video of her in action.

Maisie Maud Broadhead......

Maisie Maud Broadhead is such an inspiring artist. She was able to create a faux frame over this mantel by attaching an extra long lamp cord with cable clips. Now instead of trying to hide those cords maybe we should start turning on our inner light bulbs and making it a work of art!......This piece makes me wonder if there is any way I could create a faux frame around my television.....Thanks Maisie for being so clever and inspiring!
